Treatment
Patients often report a warming or tingling sensation during the treatment, although anesthetics are usually not required. Post treatment, patients report a sensation similar to a mild sunburn. It is important to avoid sun exposure before and throughout treatments; a broad-spectrum sunscreen of SPF 30 or higher should be worn daily during this time.
